1. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Account Security

You must notify h9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Currency

h9999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. h9999 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate for players depositing from international payment sources.

3.3 Account Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• h9999 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction charges independently.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into your h9999 account, subject to verification requirements.

• h9999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on h9999 – including cricket betting, casino games, slots, E-Sports, and Triple games – are subject to the specific game or sport rules displayed at the point of wagering, in addition to these general Terms.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by h9999, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where h9999's specific product rules expressly provide for cash-out or bet editing functionality.
• h9999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a palpable error in odds setting has occurred.

12. Governing Terms

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
